Statement of Compliance and Titles Lodged - Stage 23

Your Plan of Subdivision has been lodged for registration

We are excited to advise that we have received Statement of Compliance from the City of Casey and the Plan of Subdivision has now been lodged at the Land Titles Office.

Settlement of your land is anticipated between early - mid March 2024.

Once the Plan of Subdivision has registered, your settlement date will be confirmed, with settlement due 14 days from notification. Your legal representative will be sent formal notice of the settlement date once the Plan of Subdivision has registered.

If you are obtaining finance for settlement, please confirm with your broker that the valuation is complete and arrange to sign final loan documents as soon as possible.
