Valuation and Soil Testing Access - Stage 23

Valuation access is available from 25 January 2024

We are pleased to advise that your lot is now pegged and ready for valuation.

Settlement will take place between late February and early March 2024.

Please advise your bank, and / or broker that access is available for on-site inspection from 25 January 2024. Once the valuation is complete, your lender can finalise your loan in readiness for settlement.

Soil testing access is available from 25 January 2024

Settlement will take place between late February and early March 2024.

Please advise your builder that access is available for on-site inspection from 25 January 2024. Once the soil test has been completed, your builder can finalise the plans for your home.
