Construction Progress

The Five Farms team are pleased to advise that civil construction is progressing extremely well and settlements are expected to occur earlier than previously anticipated.

Your forecasted settlement date is now expected to occur between March-May 2024.

We recommend that you commence discussions with your broker or lender as soon as possible. Please contact our friendly Customer Care team should you have any questions regarding your settlement.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in March - May 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
