Welcome to the latest Five Farms Construction Update.

We are excited to keep you informed about how the Project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you are up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

The Five Farms team are pleased to advise that civil construction continues to progress extremely well, with settlements now expected to occur between February-April 2024. The Five Farms team recommends that you commence discussions with your broker or lender as soon as possible. Please contact our friendly Customer Care team should you have any questions regarding your settlement.

We are also thrilled to announce that construction works have now commenced for the Allendale Residents' Club with completion expected in Q4 2024.

Exclusive to Five Farms, this new community hub will offer a fully equipped gymnasium, outdoor swimming pool, a café, and multifunction co-working and function spaces.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in Febraury - April 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
