Planned Opening: November 2024
It has been a very busy month at the Allendale Residents’ Club, with works progressing well.
- The rubber flooring to the gym has been completed and the Café and lobby concrete floors have been polished.
- The pool and spa tiling is completed, with grouting underway. The pool fencing is underway with filling to commence in late October 2024.
- Landscaping has commenced, with the retaining walls are well underway. The acrylic coating and line marking to the multi-use court will occur in the coming weeks.
