The Five Farms team is pleased to advise that construction of the Allendale Residents’ Club is progressing well.
The roofing has been completed and the final glazing elements will be installed within the next week, which will make the building watertight and allow for the progression of works inside the building. In some areas, the plastering is in progress – Once completed, this will allow the builders to commence painting and tiling. Externally, the fencing to the multi-use court has been completed, with the commencement of the footings for the vergola structure are underway, which will allow for the steel structure to be erected.
