The Five Farms team is pleased to advise that construction of the Allendale Residents’ Club is progressing well.
Internally, the pool equipment installation is well underway, bathroom tiling is complete, and partitions have commenced. The gymnasium ceiling is installed and painted, and the rubber gym flooring has commenced.
In the main foyer, plastering is finished, and concrete polishing is expected to commence shortly. The café fit out is progressing well, with paint finishes complete, vinyl flooring underway, and kitchen equipment set to be installed in the coming weeks.
