- We're pleased to advise that all civil work is complete. We won't complete the wearing course until the works on Bells Rd are complete and large construction vehicle movements over the roads are reducing.
- Final authority approval and Statement of Compliance for this stage has been achieved and Titles have now registered.
- Soil testing and valuations are available for public access.
- The Stage 8 & 14 Meet Your Neighbour event will be held on Saturday 16th November between 1-3pm. Please speak to you Care Consultant, Jessie, for your free tickets to this family fun event!
