Planned Settlement: June - 2025 – August - 2025
We're pleased to advise that we have awarded a civil contractor for the Stage 16 works.
- Civil Works have commenced and will deliver a total of 31 lots for Stage 16.
- The Radiant Boulevard Bridge works are also underway and will provide access through from stage 16 and across Pound Road to ultimately provide additional connectivity to Thompsons Road.
