Planned Settlement: July - 2025 – September - 2025
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 16 are progressing well and are on schedule.
- Internal stage civil works are complete aside from minor service connection works to the Radiant Boulevard Bridge.
- The Radiant Boulevard Bridge works have momentum again and recently we installed kerb, services through the bridge and concreted the footpaths over the bridge.
- Although we are still hoping to achieve a settlement date in July 2025, we wanted to inform you that it is becoming less likely.
