Construction Progress

We're pleased to advise that kerb and channel works are close to completion. Electrical and telecommunications works are complete.

Over the coming weeks asphalt base course will commence, with footpaths and driveways to follow.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in March 2024 - May 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
