Planned Settlement: August - 2025 – October - 2025
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 9 are progressing well and are on schedule.
- Within the main (internal) part of Stage 9 construction is on track with installation of kerb and channel (gutters) underway.
- The Crosswater Boulevard Bridge that spans the wetlands is on track and now has initial rockwork in place and the future water flow path excavated.
- Works at the Crosswater Bvd and Thompsons Rd signalised intersection are also on track with drainage now installed and lower levels of the roads being constructed.
