Planned Settlement: August - 2025 – October - 2025
We're pleased to advise that we have awarded a civil contractor for the Stage 9 works.
- Stage 9 will focus on the delivery of the Crosswater Boulevard Bridge to provide connection through to Thompsons Road. The internal stage 9 works are set to deliver a total of 42 lots.
- Internal stage, Crosswater Bridge and Crosswater Bvd and Thompsons Rd signalised intersection works are all progressing well.
