We’re excited to announce that valuation access and soil testing are now available for your lot. Here are the details:

• Valuation Dates: Thursday 8 August and Thursday 15 August from 12pm
• Escort Services: By appointment only.
• Access Point: At the corner of Soldiers Road and Bayport construction site entrance. Please refer to Map below.

What’s next?

Notify Your Bank or Broker: Please forward this email to your bank or broker to confirm that onsite inspection access is now possible.

Loan Finalisation: Once the valuation is complete, your lender can proceed with finalizing your loan in preparation for settlement.

Soil Testing: Your land lot is now ready for soil testing. To complete a soil test your builder will require an onsite inspection, please kindly notify them if required. We are pleased to provide full detailed of Level 1 Fill (Compaction) Report, which you should forward onto your builder for their information.
