What’s happening at Berwick Waters?
We are pleased to advise that construction works at the Berwick Waters community are progressing well.
- Works over the Victorian Desalination Pipeline for the completion of Honour Avenue between Riverstone Bvd and Longshore Dr are complete! We are now finalising matters with relevant authorities to allow us to open the road for public use. We expect this will happen just before Christmas.
- Our contractor is finalising works along Bells Road and we now estimate being able to open Bells Road just prior to Christmas.
- Works in our Stage 6 Tree Walk park are progressing well with most of the Tree Walk structure now in place. It’s certainly looking exciting now!
