We're pleased to advise that footpaths and driveways are now complete, and road pavement is complete aside from the final layer which we will hold off on completing for now. We won't complete the wearing course until the works on Bells Rd are complete and large construction vehicle movements over the roads are reducing.
Final authority approval for this stage can't be achieved until Rivella Drive is connected back into Soldiers Road to allow access to your lot.
An email will soon be sent out for valuations to take place.
