We're pleased to advise that the base layer of the roads is now complete and gas and water works are underway.

Over the coming weeks kerb and channel works will commence.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in March - May 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
