The Quarry Construction Update – Release Two

Welcome to your first construction update for Release Two at The Quarry. We will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your land from now until settlement. Construction Progress

Construction on site at Release Two is progressing well with Golding Contractors commencing works at the end of February. The team is now fully mobilised on site and the installation of the stormwater network is well underway. The first phase of trenching is nearly complete and the laying of pipes will commence shortly. Following this, attention will turn to the construction of the smaller retaining walls throughout the site.

Settlement Update

We are pleased to advise settlement of your land is anticipated to occur in July/August. Our focus remains on quality and program as we work with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible.
