Planned Settlement: September 2024
- Our civil contractor Shadforths has now commenced on site.
- The installation of pipework for sewer and stormwater infrastructure is now complete.
- Earthworking across the eastern portion of the site has now commenced.
- Construction of all inter-allotment retaining walls has commenced.
