The Quarry Construction Update – Release Three

Welcome to your June construction update for Release Three at The Quarry.

Construction Progress

Civil works commenced on Stage 3 in the first week of May and is progressing well, with the installation of pipework for sewer and stormwater infrastructure now complete. This has allowed for the commencement of earthworks across the eastern portion of the site along with the road works which will continue to the end of June.

Construction of all inter-allotment retaining walls is also anticipated to commence in the first week of June. We hope you enjoy the recent drone images from site, showing just how much progress has been made in the last few weeks.

Settlement Update

We are pleased to advise that settlement of your land remains on schedule to occur in September this year. Our focus remains on quality and program as we work closely with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible. Should there be any change to this timing, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you.
