The Quarry Construction Update – Release Three

Welcome to your July construction update for Release Three at The Quarry.

Construction Progress

Civil works are continuing to progress well with all major earthworks for the stage now complete, including the inter-allotment retaining walls. This has allowed for the construction of the retaining walls on the eastern ridgeline lots to commence. The road kerbs have now been installed, which will make way for asphalt to be poured in the coming weeks. Landscaping is also earmarked to commence mid-month with Naturform.

Settlement Update

We are pleased to advise that settlement of your land remains on schedule to occur in September this year. Our focus remains on quality and program as we work closely with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible. Should there be any change to this timing, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you.
