Welcome to your August construction update for Release Three at The Quarry.

Civil works are continuing to progress well with construction of the retaining walls on the eastern ridgeline lots now 90% complete. Asphalt has now been poured which, will allow for signage and line marking to commence. Naturform have now commenced landscaping works which, is an exciting milestone for the stage.

We hope you enjoy the recent drone image from site, showing just how much progress has been made in the last few weeks.

The Plan Sealing process is now underway with Brisbane City Council and settlement of your land remains on schedule to occur in September this year. Our focus remains on quality and program as we work closely with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible.
