Welcome to your September construction update for Release Three at The Quarry.

Civil works are now 90% complete with earthworks and roadworks now finalised. Landscaping contractor Naturform has now completed all driveway crossovers, which has allowed for soft landscaping to commence.

We hope you enjoy the recent drone image from site, showing just how much progress has been made in the last few weeks.

We are excited to share that Plan Sealing of Stage 3 has now been achieved. Title Registration for Stage 3 has now been lodged and your land remains on schedule to settle in late September. Our focus remains on quality and program as we work closely with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible. Should there be any change to this timing, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you. If obtaining finance, please ensure your financier is prepared for settlement.
