Shell Cove Construction Update - The Peninsula

Welcome to the first construction update of 2024!​

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Works are progressing well at The Peninsula, after a well-earned break over Christmas the civil contractor has completed the linemarking for Boollwarroo Parade and Shellharbour South Beach carpark and have almost completed the pedestrian footpaths on both sides of the road. The fencing contractor has all but finished the dune fencing and access paths at Shellharbour South beach with a new access between the breakwall and the south end of Shellharbour South beach now open.

The sewer and servicing are continuing and approaching completion with the final trunk sewer line being completed and the electrical works following close behind. Road construction is also close to being completed with asphalting booked and will be completed late February or early March. Landscaping embellishment is scheduled to start in March 2024 and will focus on the area between Boollwarroo Parade and Shellharbour South beach as well as the internal laneways within the subdivision.

Settlement is now anticipated to take place early to mid-Quarter 2 2024.
