Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Road works are close to completion with the Boollwarroo Parade and Seafaring Way complete and the internal roads finalising the kerb and gutter in anticipation for asphalting.

The sewer is progressing, however is being delayed by the recent and consistent nightly rainfalls. The sewer will be completed in the next few weeks baring any further weather delays and setbacks. The electrical contractor has started to install the light poles and is completing the final high voltage and low voltage cable runs and connections to the existing infrastructure in Brigantine Drive.

The black powder coated balustrade fence has been installed for the lots adjoining the harbour and provides a great contrast to the sandstone retaining wall for these lots. The civil contractors is also preparing the lots for the final topsoil layers and grading which will occur in the next few weeks.

Settlement is now anticipated to take place mid-Quarter 2 2024.
