Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The construction at the Peninsula is all but finished with final tidy up works and service connections being completed. The next phase of the construction process is obtaining the final sign offs with Shellharbour City Council and the various servicing authorities (Sydney Water, Endeavour Energy, Jemena and NBN Co). Once the sign offs are received the registration process with commence and the land and roads will be formally registered. The final sign offs and registration process can take several weeks as there is a lot of information and reports that are collated and checked.​

The landscaping works for Boollwarroo Parade and the embellishment of the access paths to Shellharbour South Beach have commenced. The landscaping will formalise three additional access paths to South Beach from Boollwarroo Parade.​

Settlement Update

​The settlement is now forecast for mid-late July 2024.
