Shell Cove Construction Update - The Peninsula

We are pleased to provide you with the final update on The Peninsula, keeping you informed about the progress of the development and ensuring you're up to date with your new community.

The landscaping and streetscape embellishment works at the Peninsula are progressing smoothly and are nearing completion.

The enhancement of the open space between Boollwarroo Parade and Shellharbour South Beach is focusing on plant installation as the beachside shelters and paved areas are now fully complete.

We are pleased to announce that The south beach carpark is also now open and provides direct access to Shellharbour South Beach.

Pedestrian access to the Shell Cove Marina and the breakwall via Boollwarroo Parade is now open and finalises the footpath works within the development.

The landscaping works are on track for completion by the end of November, pending any further weather delays.
