Shell Cove Construction Update - The Peninsula

Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the new precinct is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

A big milestone for the area is the new connecting footpath from Shell Cove to Shellharbour Village being completed. The site fences that were surrounding the oval and connecting the two suburbs, have now been removed allowing foot traffic from Shell Cove to Boollwarroo Parade and down to Shellharbour South Beach. Beach access paths are nearing completion.

The road closure at the end of Boollwarroo Parade has been made to allow works for the new adjoining roads to make progress that will soon see the connection of the two suburbs and will offer improved access for residents.

Additional progress includes the commencement of sewer reticulation works, viewing platform on harbourside lots installed, and additional kerb installation complete.

Settelement Update

We anticipate that settlement will take place in late Quarter 1 of 2024.​
