Welcome to the final construction update of 2023!​

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Another project milestone was completed this week with asphalt surfacing completed for the Boollwarroo Parade road extension and the Shellharbour South Beach carpark. Line marking of Boollwarroo Parade and the carpark are scheduled to be complete in the next few weeks.

The sewer and servicing works are continuing with sewer approaching 50% completion and the sewer pumpstation being backfilled by Sydney Water. Electrical reticulation is almost finished with street lighting and pillar connections to take place in December and will continue into the new year.

The batter construction, tree planting and fencing at Keith Hockey Oval is now complete and the new grass along the outside are expected to establish over the next few weeks.

Settlement is anticipated to take place in late Quarter 1 of 2024.​​
