Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are thrilled to announce The Peninsula, beach front land precinct is just about complete.

The development has received the final completion certificates from the service authorities (Sydney Water, Endeavour Energy and NBN Co) and is progressing the subdivision certificate approval with Shellharbour City Council. Once the subdivision certificate is issued the project will progress to formal registration with the Land Registry Services.

Settlement Update

We anticipate that settlement will be called in mid-July with a settlement date to occur early August.

Please note that there are landscaping works continuing in the precinct and will be ongoing following the settlement of your property. The construction fencing will therefore remain in place for now to ensure the area remains pristine and well-maintained.

If you need access to your property at any time following settlement, please reach out to the Customer Care team. We anticipate all fencing to be removed by October 2024.
