We are pleased to bring you the latest construction update for your new home at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.

We are in the final stages of confirming design documentation and are getting ready to commence onsite, which will involve site setup and preparation for the construction of your new home. We anticipate bulk excavation works, lot benching and retaining wall excavations to commence in the coming weeks, this will make way for in-ground services and screw pile foundations. Once preparation works are finalised, construction site works will ramp up again in the new year.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
