We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The teams have made significant strides in the Anchor Homes project. We are pleased to share the following updates on the progress.

The installation of all kitchen benchtops has been successfully completed, adding a stylish and functional element to each home.

Internal tiling in the wet areas, including bathrooms and laundries, has also been finished, ensuring these spaces are both practical and visually appealing. The fit-off of essential fixtures such as tapware, baths, and sinks is underway, adding the final touches to these key areas.

The installation of shower screens is underway, along with the completion of internal joinery, robe doors, and shelving, providing ample storage and enhancing the overall design of the homes.

Our painters are diligently working on the final painting mark-ups and touch-ups throughout the homes. In additional the final caulking of all areas is underway, ensuring a seamless and finished look.

The installation of garage doors has been completed, securing each property. Additionally, the pouring of driveways has been completed, providing safe and convenient access to each home.

Driveways completed

We have commenced the final testing and commissioning of all services to the homes to ensure everything functions perfectly. The first round of internal cleaning has begun.

The installation of pools to applicable homes is nearing completion and is almost ready for water fill.

Lastly, landscaping work for Lots 3201 to 3204 has been completed, enhancing the curb appeal and outdoor spaces of these properties.

​We anticipate that the Pre-settlement inspections will commence early September.
