Anchor Homes – March 2024

We are pleased to report significant progress in the construction of the Anchor Homes. Our teams have been diligently working, and we are pleased to report significant advancements in various aspects of the project.

Firstly, we are proud to announce the completion of the mechanical, plumbing, and gas rough-in, signifying a crucial phase in the construction process. Additionally, the electrical rough-in for Lots 3201 and 3202 has been successfully completed, alongside the completion of brickwork.

Rough-in Installation

Ground floor

Currently, our teams are focused on conducting the electrical rough-in for Lots 3203 to 3207. Furthermore, we have commenced the installation of facias, gutters, and cladding, as well as the rendering of lower brickwork, showcasing our commitment to progress and quality craftsmanship.

Looking forward, in the upcoming weeks, we are excited to commence the internal linings and rendering to cladding, along with external painting to render and eaves. Additionally, we will initiate the installation of solar panels, sun hoods, and shades, enhancing the sustainability and functionality of the Anchor Homes.
