We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The Anchor Homes project is advancing rapidly, and we’re excited to share some fantastic updates on the latest progress.

The pools at Homes 3203, 3206, and 3207 have been fully completed and are now filled with water.

Beautiful landscaping work has been finalised for all homes, adding the finishing touches to the outdoor spaces.

The final cleans have been completed, leaving the units pristine and ready for occupancy.

We’re also thrilled to announce that Occupation Certificates are starting to be received, marking a significant milestone.

Client Pre-settlement inspections have commenced, bringing us closer to the Settlement process and welcoming residents to their new homes in the coming weeks.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
