We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Significant progress has been achieved on the Anchor Homes project.
The installation of external cladding, render and paint works continue.
External render in progress
Stairway installation is in progress in Lots 3201 to 3204. Additionally, internal insulation, wall, and ceiling linings are being installed sequentially and completed in Lots 3201 to 3204, progressing to the next Lot upon completion of each home.

Lot 3201 - Paint commenced
Lot 3202 - Internal wall linings & paint
The first coat of internal paint has begun in Lots 3201 and 3202, advancing as work continues. Commercial window installation continues.
Lot 3202 - Tile installation commenced
Tile installation in living space of Lot 3202 has commenced. Additionally, waterproofing in wet areas has commenced to the first homes.
Lot 3207 – electrical & air con rough-ins

Settlement Update
We anticipate settlements to occur from Quarter 3, 2024.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
