Welcome to the latest Construction Update.
We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
The teams have made great progress with the Anchor Homes project, completing the cladding installation and external render application on all lots.

Additionally internal and external painting has commenced, while the installation of stormwater drainage systems to buildings has been successfully completed.
We're delighted to inform you that the installation of sunshades and feature screens has also been finalised. Internal ceiling and wall linings are nearing completion for all lots, with Lot 3207 being the only exception.
Lot 3203 – sunshades installed
In addition, the following progress have been made to date;
- Lots 3201 – 3205 Stair installation has been completed.
- Lots 3201 – 3204 Wet area waterproofing and tile installation has been successfully carried out.
- Lots 3205 – 3207 Internal waterproofing has been completed.
- Lots 3201 – 3206 Carpenter fix out has been completed, along with tiling installation to main areas. Installation of kitchen joinery items has commenced.
- Lots 3203 & 3205 Installation of hybrid timber flooring has been completed to applicable lots.
- Lots 3201 – 3204 kitchen benchtop installation has been successfully completed.
