Welcome to the latest Construction Update.
We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
We are pleased to advise that significant progress has been made on the Anchor Homes.
Our teams have been diligently working on the installation of external cladding, rendering, and painting to external surfaces. These efforts contribute significantly to the structural integrity and visual appeal of the building.
All electrical & air con rough-ins completed
All electrical and air conditioning rough-ins have been successfully completed, ensuring that the necessary infrastructure is in place to support electrical and HVAC systems throughout the property.
Installation of internal insulation
Internal wall & ceiling linings
The teams have commenced the installation of internal insulation, wall and ceiling linings, making progress towards creating comfortable and well-insulated indoor spaces. Additionally, the application of the first coat of paint has been applied to some of the homes, bringing us closer to the completion of interior finishes.
Installation of stairways commenced
The installation of commercial windows and stairways has commenced, enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of the building while facilitating the influx of natural light into the interior spaces.
