We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

The Anchor Homes project has made significant progress, reaching a major milestone with the removal of the scaffolding. Here are the key updates on the progress:

• Lots 3205 – 3207: Internal fix-out (architraves, skirtings, etc.) has been completed.
• Lots 3206 – 3207: Installation of robes and shelving is underway; flood testing to wet areas has been completed.
• Lot 3205: Hardwood flooring has been installed.
• Lots 3201 – 3206: Internal painting has been completed.
• Lots 3201 – 3203: Bathroom mirrors have been installed and installation of shower screens are underway.
• Lots 3201 – 3204: Kitchen benchtop installation has been successfully completed.

In addition, the following progress has also been made;

• The application of the elastomeric paint system to render has been completed;
• Tiling to the main areas is nearing completion to all lots, with tiling to wet areas underway for all lots.
• Kitchen cabinetry installation is completed in most lots.
• Rendering of the water edge for units with pools has been finished.
• Installation of coping tiles for lots with pools has commenced.
• Installation of external feature fencing for all lots has begun.
