Ed.Square Construction Update - Brooklyn Row - Block 2 (BE Homes)

We are pleased to bring you the next update on the progress of your new home in Brooklyn Row at Ed.Square.

Block 1 Townhomes
Lots 13046-13072: With the concrete structure complete, framing to the ground floor has commenced along with services rough in. Framing to the level 1 will commence soon. 
Block 2 Townhomes
Lots 13022-13045: The eastern wing has all framing complete with the roof installation now underway. This will see services rough in commence to level 1 and 2. The western wing has framing commenced to level 1 with services rough in well underway to ground floor.
Block 1 & 2: Based on the current construction program, inspections and settlements are forecast to commence in mid-2023.
Terrace E and F
Construction of the terrace homes and urban lofts are anticipated to commence in December 2022, with completion anticipated for early 2024.
The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
