Ed.Square Construction Update - Brooklyn Row - Block 2 (BE Homes)

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Brooklyn Row Block 2.

There has been some noticeable progress onsite since our last update.

Lots 13022-12033: Cladding install is complete to the eastern wing with render and applied finishes well underway. Internal linings are now complete to all levels of these homes. This has seen painting commence, along with stair installation. Waterproofing is well advanced to wet areas and tiling will be commencing in the coming weeks. Carpark fit out of services is well advanced..

Lots 13034-13045: Façade cladding installation is nearing completion to the western wing. Internal linings are well advanced to the top two levels. This will see waterproofing commence in the coming weeks.

Based on the current construction program, inspections and settlements forecast to occur in Quarter 3 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
