We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Brooklyn Row Block 2.
We have seen wonderful progress on-site recently.
Block 2 podium tiling complete
Lots 13022-12033: The first round of quality assurance inspections have been completed and the team is working through closing-out items to prepare for the final coats of paint to the walls. Rear courtyards are tiled and we'll see fencing installation start in the coming week. Landscaping to hardscapes is underway and will see paths and paving commence in the coming week.
Block 2 frontyard hardscapes underway

Based on the current construction program, inspections and settlements forecast to occur in Late Quarter 3, 2023.
The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
