Ed.Square Construction Update - Brooklyn Row - Block 2 (BE Homes)

We are pleased to bring you an update on your home in Brooklyn Row Block 2.

We have seen wonderful progress on-site recently.

Lots 13022-12033: Since our last update we have seen landscaping works completed, fencing installation occur to rear courtyards with fencing installation to front yards nearing completion. We have also commenced pre-settlement inspections.

Lots 13034-13045: Since our last update we have seen landscaping works completed, fencing installation occur to rear courtyards with fencing installation to front yards nearing completion. We have also commenced pre-settlement inspections.

With pre-settlement inspections now underway, we anticipate that settlements will occur in the second half of September 2023.

The anticipated completion dates are based on the current program and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a quality outcome. From time to time, there will be movement in these dates to allow for unforeseeable events such as extreme weather.
