Tracker status

Certificates of Title Issued
All works are now finalised to this stage including landscaping and energisation. A reminder that once your home is nearing completion, don’t forget to complete the fencing and landscaping forms. Allow 8 weeks for the installation of fencing and 12 weeks for the installation of landscaping. Details on what is included as part of the fencing and landscaping package can be found in Annexure C of your land contract. It’s important to read through this information carefully.
- Settlements are well advanced
- Streetscaping is now complete as well as energisation to this stage
- A reminder that boundary fencing and front landscaping is included as part of your land contract.
