Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property.

11 - Settlement Notice
Once the land is registered, and has received a Statement of Compliance, you’ll receive a Settlement notice.

Planned Settlements: Underway
Works are now complete to this stage with the majority of settlements now complete.
- Boundary fencing and landscaping is included as part of the land contract. (This does not include the lifestyle lots)
- Owners of lifestyle lots to contact Customer Care if front verge reticulation and landscaping is required to be amended to make way for driveways.
