We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

Works to Stage 5 have recently commenced and this stage comprises of 41 lots of which 5 are lifestyle lots of 2,000m2 and bigger. The focus is on earth-working the site with completion due at the end of the year.
