Titles expected: December 2024
Construction began on this stage in late May and most Works associated with Sewer, Drainage and Retaining walls are complete, enabling the commencement of roadworks.
- Practical Completion is expected in November 24
- Titles are expected in December 2024
- Settlements are forecast to commence in January 2025
