Settlements are nearing completion for this stage. It will be exciting to see the homes planned for this stage come to life, which will also enhance the streetscape along Eighty Road. If you own a lifestyle lot and require the front verge reticulation to be disconnected in preparation for your build, please contact Fiona, Customer Care Manager, who will arrange for this to be undertaken.

Community update

Frasers Property is a proud supporter of Ending Loneliness Together and coming up from the 5 to 11th of August is Loneliness Awareness Week. This is about shining a spotlight on the universal experience of loneliness, squashing misconceptions about who experiences loneliness and highlighting the role we all play in reducing loneliness and creating more opportunities for meaningful social connections.

As we know, Baldivis Grove is very well located for amenities and opportunities, including schools, sporting venues, shopping, transport and more.

Coming up in August, they are celebrating National Science week with activities for kids.

A DIY workshop to make your own plastic free deodorant.

Under 5’s Storytime featuring some beautiful Noongar language learning.

For the adults there are club meet ups for Lego, Sewing, Movies and of course Book Clubs!

Rock the Boat Film Festival

Don't forget to submit your entries for the Rock the Boat Film Festival by August 11th. Frasers is proud to support this community project and their mission is to encourage emerging filmmakers to make a positive difference in the world through film and storytelling. Entries encouraged from all walks of life, and you can use the equipment you have – including just a mobile phone!

Other than that, we are in planning for some neighbourly events once the weather warms up so keep your eye out for those future invitations.
