Welcome to the December construction update for Baldivis Grove.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

We are nearing completion of the installation of deep sewer and drainage services.

Unfortunately, due to unexpected volumes of limestone rock encountered on the site, this has had a flow on effect to the completion dates. These delays have resulted in Practical Completion for the stage now forecast to be achieved in late February. However, delivery of titles is not affected and remain on course to be received in February 2024.
