Certificates of Title available
Practical Completion and the Certificates of Title have been reached for this stage. We are currently preparing for Landscaping works to commence. Fencers are experiencing delays in procuring materials for rural lot fencing on the Public Access Way and the lifestyle lots. We do anticipate that they will be able to commence these works in early 2025.
- Certificates of Title have been issued.
- Landscaping works, including fencing will commence early in 2025.
- Asphalt is complete.
