Titles expected: December 2024
Construction is continuing on program. All work to deliver services to your lot are complete. Retaining walls have progressed and are nearing completion. In reference to roadworks, primer seal is down, with asphalt booked for mid November. We are currently on program for Practical Completion to be reached towards the end of November 2024.
