Construction Update

Welcome to the January construction update for Baldivis Grove.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

Construction is taking shape with all underground services and retaining walls now completed and backfilled. Road lengths have been 'boxed out' and limestone sub-base is currently being graded in preparation for roadbase. Practical completion of the works is expected to be achieved in late February 2024.
