Welcome to the November construction update for Baldivis Grove.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

Earthworks are still progressing with machines cutting and filling sand, while more clean sand is being delivered to the site to deliver quality, ready to build lots. Meanwhile, underground sewer and drainage services have commenced are are progressing on program.
