Welcome to the October construction update for Baldivis Grove.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

Excavation activities are currently in progress. We have encountered an unforeseen challenge which involves hard rock in the natural ground which requires the implementation of an alternative earthwork methodology to ensure quality lots are delivered. Although this issue has now been addressed, this process has regrettably caused an extension to the construction timeline. We therefore anticipate the Certificate of Titles being issued in the first quarter for 2024.
