Midtown Construction Update - MAC Residences

This month we are pleased to bring you a video update with Midtown's Development Director, Scott Clohessy. Take a look at what’s been happening at Midtown and the construction progress of both MAC and Soul Residences, as well as a sneak peek inside the MAC Residences prototype apartment!

We currently anticipate completion of MAC Residences to occur in the fourth quarter, 2023. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.
